FACT OF THE DAY: Schmuck is also a hilarious albeit somewhat tragic surname, it was Gottfried Leibniz’s mother’s maiden name. Which is just another arrow in the quiver for things that still make it so easy to mock the Newton stealin’, Panglossian son of a schmuch 292 years after he died.
